Ardee Developments (“Licensee”) is solely responsible for the ownership, planning, construction, marketing, and operation of the Project.

The Fairmont name and related trademarks are used by Ardee Developments under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted by the Licensor. This license may be revoked or terminated in accordance with its terms, at which point the Project will no longer have any right to use the Fairmont name, trademarks, or branding. Individual residences or units within the Project (“Units”) are not authorized to use the Fairmont brand or trademarks in any form.

The Licensor does not guarantee or endorse the Project, nor is it responsible for any statements, representations, warranties, or promotional materials issued by Ardee Developments or its affiliates.

Kelt and Co Properties LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage firm, is the authorized sales and marketing partner of Ardee Developments for Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island.
